Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt engaged
Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt have taken a big step in their relationship. Over the Christmas holiday, Hannity popped the question to Earhardt at their church, marking a significant moment in their journey together.
The couple, who have been dating for some time, shared that their children are thrilled by the news and fully support their engagement, with the kids reportedly “over the moon” about the happy occasion.
“We’re incredibly grateful and overwhelmed with joy for the love and support our families have shown us during this special time in our lives,” Earhardt and Hannity shared.
The couple, who first connected through their shared faith, have always placed God at the center of their relationship. For them, proposing at their home church felt like the most fitting place to take this step. After the proposal, they met with their minister to reflect on the moment.
Although they prefer to keep their personal lives private, the couple has managed to make their long-distance relationship work, with weekend trips between New York, where Earhardt is based, and Florida, where Hannity lives.
They share a strong respect for each other’s careers, and both have secured long-term contracts with FOX News Media. Earhardt will remain in New York to co-host FOX & Friends, while Hannity will continue hosting his primetime show, Hannity, from Florida.
Both Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity were both previously married, but they maintain good relationships with their ex-spouses and say that everyone remains supportive of one another. According to the couple, they made sure to inform their former partners about their relationship in advance.
Earhardt shares a harmonious co-parenting arrangement with her ex-husband, working seamlessly together in raising their daughter.
Hannity, a fixture at Fox News since its inception in 1996, has dominated his timeslot for the past 15 years, making him the longest-running cable news host in history.
He first gained prominence as the co-host of “Hannity & Colmes.” Alongside his primetime show, Hannity also connects with millions of listeners through his popular radio show, which airs on 750 stations nationwide.
Hannity has recently launched a new show on FOX Nation called “Sean,” which adds to his impressive portfolio.
The show features in-depth interviews, and its premiere earlier this month included a conversation with the legendary Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone. Hannity also hosted the fifth annual FOX Nation “Patriot Awards,” an event that celebrates everyday heroes for their acts of service and patriotism.
Earhardt, who joined FOX News in 2007, has been a co-host of “FOX & Friends” since 2016. The highly-rated morning show has maintained its spot as the top-rated program in its time slot for over 20 years.
Earhardt is also a bestselling author, with four New York Times bestsellers to her name, including three No. 1 children’s books. She hosts “Ainsley’s Bible Study” on FOX Nation and was honored earlier this year with an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of South Carolina for her contributions to broadcast journalism and literature.
